"We began working with John Richmond Landscaping a little over two years ago after seeing work the firm had done for others in our area. We had a pretty large makeover in mind and met with Dave Snyder, your Operations Manager, to talk about a plan. I thought we might have to use a landscape designer, but Dave asked for the opportunity to come up with a plan and I have to say, it was every bit as good as anything I envisioned a designer could do! Javier was the foreman on the job and could not have been nicer or more helpful. We made a few changes during the installation as a result of on-site suggestions which I really appreciated. Over the course of about 4 days, our yard was transformed! Every worker was polite, professional and hardworking. I knew we were in good hands.
We have continued working with you folks, contracting for a monthly maintenance plan that fits our needs for the grass and bed plantings. I love that each month I get an email asking if there is anything special or extra the guys need to do on the next visit. From time to time, Dave comes by to check on how things are doing. We've tweaked a few plantings here and there, using some great suggestions and your firm has always been quick to respond if I have a concern. I look forward tackling a few last areas in the coming year and foresee a long working relationship with your firm. It feels a little like Christmas when I come home after work and see my beautifully manicured yard after one of your visits. We are so glad to have found your firm!"
